We are a Support Services Company located in the Illawarra/South Coast area, dedicated to mentoring young males and assisting them in becoming strong, positive members of the community. Our services extend to the wider public, in addition to specifically catering to participants within the DCJ framework and offering comprehensive support for individuals accessing NDIS services.
Our approach is built on four key principles: learning, mentoring, connecting, and belonging. While we specialise in 1:1 mentoring, we also provide opportunities for participants to be part of group sessions, fostering a sense of community and shared growth. Additionally, we offer enriching overnight camps and trips, as well as counselling services, to further support personal development and connection.
We are committed to creating an environment where young boys and men can learn and grow, guided by our experienced and passionate staff. We work with participants of all ages, from young children to adults, providing the support needed to achieve their goals.
We believe that the connection between our participants and support workers is essential for fostering resilience and personal growth. Our mentoring approach is tailored to each individual, recognising that every young man has unique strengths and preferences in how they engage and develop.
We support and collaborate with boys and young men with all abilities and mental health conditions, empowering them to realise their potential and become confident, capable individuals.
4 Boys was founded by 4 passionate young men with a mission to support and empower their peers. Initially focused on mentoring young individuals in foster care, the business has since expanded to offer services through the NDIS and professional counselling.
All of our support workers are male, ensuring a strong emphasis on mentorship and providing positive male role models.
Today, 4 Boys is dedicated to helping young men navigate life’s challenges and reach their full potential.
